We will reinstate your domain name registration solely at our discretion, and subject to our receipt of the initial registration or renewal fee and our then-current reinstatement fee.

You further agree that your failure to respond for over fifteen (15) calendar days to inquiries by GLOBAL concerning the accuracy of contact details associated with your registration shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will be sufficient basis for cancellation of your domain name registration.

Domain name registration agreements will be renewed and terminated on the terms indicated above ("Additional Terms for Domain Name Registrations"), and in the Domain Name Registration Agreement, Domain Name Dispute Policy and related agreements that you will be asked to review and must agree to during the registration process.
